An apprenticeship is usually paid work while a person learns a trade on the job and in training. This site is a first look at five trades. It does not decide for them.
Talk through the closest match together. Ask what they liked in the questions, and what they would not want in a normal week.
Apprenticeships and traineeships mix on-the-job training with formal study at a registered training organisation, and some states and territories offer school-based apprenticeships so a student can start while still at school.
RightFitTrade is for school leavers in every state and territory, including the Northern Territory. Below is an official starting point for each one, and two national pages. Rules, regulators and incentives differ between states and territories. Check your own state or territory's official page.
